James Baird
I have been in the industry since 1986 and hand on heart, have loved every minute of it! Well, maybe not every minute! Over the years I have only worked for five different companies, all of which have been in the Willesden Green, West Hampstead, Kilburn, or Queens Park area.
I have experienced good and bad markets in that time, and feel that it has put me in good stead to handle most situations that the market can throw at me! Mind you, in this business you never stop learning! I am married with four (yes four!!) children and have recently moved to Hertfordshire from good old Brondesbury Villas. Is that Kilburn or Queens Park?! It is safe to say that I am sports mad, enjoying Football, Rugby, Golf, Skiing, and Scuba diving. I am also a retired Sky Diver, a keen traveler and cook!! I look forward to welcoming you to my company, and hope that you will take full advantage of the services that we are able to offer you.

Eric Ossadon
My name is Eric Ossadon and I am originally from Notting Hill, W10. I have lived in West London virtually all my life, which has meant living amongst a wide spectrum of people and cultures from all walks of life.
Not really quite sure what to do with my life I went into teaching at Primary school level after completing my four year BA honours degree at Reading University. My job as a teacher was very rewarding and brought me a great deal of satisfaction.
After much deliberating I decided to have a career change and stumbled upon my first post as Lettings Negotiator in the vibrant area of Islington. There I learnt all about the Real Estate business, and quickly grasped not only the earning potential of a good market, but also the dedication and loyalty that is required to get through an unstable one.
I swiftly demonstrated my management skills, and was quickly promoted to Sales and eventually Branch Manager where I had finally reached as far as I could go. In 2001 I successfully ran my own business in Islington for 5 years, and then sold it to a member of staff who had the financial backing to take the business to new heights. I learnt a great deal in that time and was able to build a modest property portfolio of my own.
Even after ten years of being in the business I still have a real passion and drive for the job. You cannot beat the 'buzz' of seeing people fulfill their dreams. My dream someday is to put my passion of improvised cooking into action and maybe open up a restaurant in the south of France, soaking up the sun and enjoying fine wines!!
